Interested in how Marin Transit services are doing? Monitoring reports are one method Marin Transit uses to track and evaluate route and service performance. Service planning decisions are based on a combination of service planning goals and performance criteria, including those based on the transit performance measures under Measure A. Use this form to submit a public records request. 

Muir Woods Shuttle Annual Reports

An evaluation report is completed every year that provides a detailed assessment of the Shuttle's performance.

School Transit and Youth Pass Program Annual Reports

An evaluation report is completed every year that provides a detailed assessment of District’s operational activities related to supplemental public transit school services, the yellow bus program the District managed in Ross Valley, the College of Marin (COM) student pass program, and the College of Marin express service (Route 122)

Safety Management Policy Statement

On July 19, 2018, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) published the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) Final Rule (49 CFR Part 673). The PTASP requires operators of public transportation systems that receive funding through FTA's Urbanized Area Formula Grants (49 USC 5307) to develop safety plans that include processes and procedures to implement Safety Management Systems. Marin Transit's Board of Directors approved the Marin Transit Safety Plan at the July 13, 2020 Board meeting. The Safety Management Policy Statement is available at the link below.

Marin Access Annual Rider Survey Results

In 2015, Marin Access began sending an annual survey to eligible riders to collect feedback on Marin Access programs and services and further understand the needs of riders. The survey is sent out at the end of the calendar year in both English and Spanish along with the Marin Access newsletter via US Mail.
