School Transit and Youth Pass Program Annual Reports

Safety Management Policy Statement
On July 19, 2018, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) published the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) Final Rule (49 CFR Part 673). The PTASP requires operators of public transportation systems that receive funding through FTA's Urbanized Area Formula Grants (49 USC 5307) to develop safety plans that include processes and procedures to implement Safety Management Systems. Marin Transit's Board of Directors approved the Marin Transit Safety Plan at the July 13, 2020 Board meeting. The Safety Management Policy Statement is available at the link below.
Marin Access Annual Rider Survey Results
In 2015, Marin Access began sending an annual survey to eligible riders to collect feedback on Marin Access programs and services and further understand the needs of riders. The survey is sent out at the end of the calendar year in both English and Spanish along with the Marin Access newsletter via US Mail.
