On Wednesday October 22, 2025, Marin Transit will co-host a Facebook live in partnership with Canal Alliance. The event will allow community members to learn about and provide feedback on proposed service changes recommended in response to the Marin-Sonoma Coordinated Transit Service Plan (MASCOTS). This Transit Equity Day, in honor Rosa Parks and others who helped launch the civil rights movement and helped end segregation on public transit, all trips on Marin Transit local buses will be free of charge!

This promotion does not apply to Marin Access programs and services.

On Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2025, all trips on Marin Transit local buses will be free!

Clean Air Day allows you take an individual pledge to challenge yourself to take the actions we know are essential to clean air. Here are some ways that you can contribute:

On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, Marin Transit will join the Marin Housing Authority Community Fair at Venetia Oaks from 1pm - 4pm.

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, Marin Transit will join the Marin Housing Authority Community Fair at Homestead Terrace from 1pm - 4pm.
