DBE / ACDBE Workshop

Join Marin Transit staff at the DBE / ACDBE Workshop in San Jose! The event will be held at Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) - Auditorium Building A (3331 North First Street San Jose, CA 95134). 

Attendees will receive technical assistance from certification experts and network with agencies and resource partners. Topics will include:

  • Overview of New DBE Regulations: Gain insights into the recent updates and changes in DBE certification criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding ACDBE Opportunities: Explore the unique opportunities and benefits available for ACDBEs in airport concessions and contracting.
  • Certification Process Walkthrough: Learn about the steps involved in obtaining DBE/ACDBE certification and how to navigate the application process.
  • Identifying NAICS Codes: Caltrans will discuss how to properly identify North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes applicable to your business.
  • Q&A: Engage with experts and industry leaders to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding DBE/ACDBE certification and compliance.
