Lost and Found is located at the Customer Service Center at the San Rafael Transit Center.
If you've lost something on one of our buses, please call Customer Service at (415) 455-2000, 7AM to 6PM on weekdays, except holidays. Please provide as much detail as possible, such as day and time of travel, bus number, route number, direction of travel, and a description of the lost item. If calling after hours, please leave a detailed message regarding the lost item and you will receive a call back when the Customer Service Center reopens.
